• 24/7 monitoring: We monitor backup jobs 24/7 and automatically troubleshoot and fix any failed job (included in our price). This eliminates worries that the information on your tapes will restore correctly.
• No upfront hardware cost: You pay only a monthly fee to rent the DRS appliance.
• Virtualization: DRS is a complete solution designed to reduce server down time. If you notify us that your server is down, CCS will virtualize your server on our DRS appliance. If you also elect to include CCS Net-Assure in your program, a CCS technician will be immediately notified if any or all of your servers crash. This technician will bring the latest backup of your server up on the DRS appliance - meaning you are down minutes instead of days.
• Proof of Concepts: We will restore files (monthly) and virtualize your servers (quarterly) in a test environment to make sure the system remains ready in case of disaster. This gives you the assurance that your backups are valid instead of assuming that your critical data is on your tapes. You can see this information in a monthly report card that we provide.
